Gastronomic week at Restaurante Marjal

From the 7th to the 13th of June, Restaurante Marjal celebrated the Ñora and King Prawn Gastronomical week together with the eight restaurants that are part of the Guardamar Restaurants Association.

The special menu that we created for the occasion, both for lunch and for dinner was the following:

- Fried corn tortillas with foie, king prawns and ñora compote, Guardamar pericana croquettes with sausage and sesame Kanut.
- Warm goats cheese salad with sautéed bacon and pine nuts, dressed with a moscatel vinagrette.
- Grilled tuna with all i oli, on a bed of stir fried noodles with ñora jam, king prawns and perfumed with green oil.
- Pork sirloin on potato and sobrasada sausage millefeuille with La - Romana wine sauce.
- Rosemary crème caramel with roast apple ice cream.


From our wine cellar, we chose wines from La Rioja, Rueda and Navarra.
